how we are

Keeping it Clean

Indonesia is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and we are taking significant strides towards keeping the islands clean and sustainable through the adoption of renewable energy sources. Preserving these pristine environments, renewable energy plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.

how we are

Keeping it green

Solar panels and wind turbines are increasingly dotting the landscape, harnessing the abundant sunlight and coastal breezes that Indonesia enjoys year-round. By embracing these eco-friendly energy alternatives, Indonesia not only reduces its carbon footprint but also sets an inspiring example for other tourist destinations around the world.

How we are

harnessing wind

Installed Capacity: Indonesia had a modest installed wind power capacity compared to its potential. As of 2022, the installed capacity was less than 200 MW. A small fraction of the country's total energy.Potential: Indonesia has significant wind energy potential, estimated to be over 9 GW, especially in regions like South Sulawesi.Projects: Sidrap Wind Farm in South Sulawesi was one of the prominent projects and was Indonesia's first utility-scale wind farm. We are involved in other projects under development in regions that have significant wind potential.Challenges: The archipelagic nature of Indonesia means that grid integration can be a challenge. Additionally, financial and regulatory challenges, as well as competition from other energy sources, can hinder the growth of wind power in the country.Government Initiatives: The Indonesian government had set a target to achieve 23% renewable energy in its energy mix by 2025. Wind energy is expected to contribute to achieving this target, along with other renewable sources like geothermal, hydro, and solar.

How we are

Harnessing Solar

Bali, with its abundant sunshine, is an ideal location for solar power production. The island taps into its solar potential to cater to its growing local energy demand and to promote sustainable tourism. Numerous hotels, resorts, and businesses in Bali have adopted solar panels to lessen their carbon footprint. The provincial government has been harnessing solar energy, establishing small-scale solar farms and encouraging households and businesses to install rooftop solar systems. While specific solar production averages can vary, the consistent tropical climate provides a conducive environment for significant solar output.

How we are

Storing energy

We supply power storage solutions to ensure consistent energy supply and capitalize on our customers renewable energy potential. Advanced battery storage systems, like the Tesla Powerwall imported from Australia, have gained traction in the country. These systems not only facilitate the storage of energy from renewable sources such as solar and wind but also provide backup during grid outages. Given Indonesia's commitment to enhancing its renewable energy portfolio, coupled with its geographical challenges, reliable power storage solutions are pivotal.

Creating energy independence
